June 11, 2011 - Danny and I got to go to the Boise Zoo! It was soooo much fun! Danny's dad's work, Carollo, has a family picnic each summer and in 2011 it was at the zoo. So we went with his dad and Jayson and we got to see lots of cool animals. Here are the pictures from our fun little trip.
First we ate some hot dogs in the food area with a bunch of seagulls.

Did you know their tongues are black? It's so crazy!
This guy was super lazy, I with I could have seen him move around but all they did was lay there.
This guy was moving, it was hard to get a picture of him.
I love turtles for it too they are so cool!
My camera died while we were there so some of these pictures where taken on my phone, those are the kind of blurry ones.
These guys are not an exhibit, just wondering in their natural habitat pooing everywhere...
I love the zoo, we haven't been back sense but I hope we can go again soon!!
I don't have any photos but last year's Carollo picnic was a lot of fun, we went to Settler's Park and had BBQ, I got to swing on the swings and we watched the boys play football. It was a blast!
This year's picnic is next weekend and we can't wait!
