WE DID IT!

 Okay well, after enjoying everyone else's blogs we finally did it. Danny and I now have our own for everyone else to enjoy. So lets kick this thing off by telling everyone a little about us... Everyone asks, "How did you kids meet?" Well let me tell you. 

 Go ahead and laugh but the truth is we met at a Young Single Adult activity. Who knew! So back in September I had just been put in as the Activities chair in my ward and I thought I better go to this thing, I've been telling everyone in the ward to go, it's a Rodeo it is going to be a lot of fun. When deep down I was like have fun, you'll never catch me at one of those things! I was feeling guilty, how could I promote something I'm not even going to attend? I can't start off as a hypocrite in my new calling. So I got all dressed up as a cowgirl. I could do this, it's just a little rodeo besides maybe it will actually be fun. I know one person from my ward that will be there and maybe I will see some friends from other wards. I will show up so I could tell everyone I went and they all missed out. So I get there and I'm hanging out with my friends eating and watching the bull riding. As I'm walking back from the food area to my friend I turned to look at a group of people laughing and enjoying themselves. Then I see this guy staring at me, didn't just glance, but STARING straight at me! In my head I'm thinking, Hello? Do I know you? Why are you looking at me? He looked so familiar, where have I seen this guy before? So I play it off cool and just head back to my friends. As the night went on I passed this group of people a few times going to the different games every time I glance at him to see if it sparks a memory still trying to figure out where I have seen him before. Then a friend pulled me over to his group to introduce me to one of her friends and then we both got introduced to the whole group of them. He never even spoke to me but I remember him being introduced to me as 'And that's Diesel over there.' too preoccupied coaching a friend to introduce himself. They invited us to hang out after the rodeo and I though, if he's going, I'm in!

 I got to hang out with Danny and his friends a lot the following couple of months! It took a few times hanging out with him to figure out that his name is Danny :) everyone called him Diesel. Somehow every time we watched TV or played a game Danny and I always ended up sitting next to each other. Of course I didn't mind that, I loved being around him! We got to be pretty good friends and soon we realized we had to be together.

 On May 23rd 2009, Danny and I were sealed for time and ETERNITY!
